Cancellation & Refund Policy
TRIVENI RECORDS believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has adopted a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellation
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed and shipping initiated.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or food, unless the product delivered is of poor quality.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery.
- Your complaint will be evaluated by the merchant and verified before approval.
- If the product is not as shown or does not meet expectations, report this within the same day of receiving the product.
- Any decision on refund or replacement will be taken after reviewing the complaint.
Manufacturer Warranty Items
For products that include a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved by TRIVENI RECORDS, it will be processed within 6–8 business days.
Important Note
A parcel opening video is mandatory for claims involving broken products. Without this video, refund requests will not be accepted.
